We have taken the traditional flavors of Molé sauce, used Chocovic Spanish Chocolate and Cocoa Nibs, and presented them in the form of a spice rub.

 Rub on chicken, pork, fish or vegetables and marinate overnight.

Finish on the grill, in a saute pan, or roast in the oven. Use drippings from the pan and stock to make a Molé sauce
